Based on an analysis with a specially designed tool, the company or sales management is accompanied over a longer period of time (coaching) in order to develop a concept for sales optimization. Management
As managing director and manager in numerous companies, Mag. Christoph Ull can refer to more than 25 years of experience in various sales and management organizations. In addition to a large number of successful projects for his clients and the resulting long-term customer relationships, he is also invited to give lectures on online sales and entrepreneurship. His postgraduate masters and MBA studies help him implement innovative sales management projects with his partners at IMS.con.
